Delivery & returns
Made to order in the US. Dispatched in 2–4 business days; standard delivery 3–7 business days after. Ships flat and boxed, not rolled.
We ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is $8 and Express is $15. Both are calculated at checkout before you pay, and nothing is added after that point. Prints are made to order: production takes 2 to 4 business days, then delivery takes a further 3 to 7 business days, tracked. Prints ship rolled in a rigid tube, unframed; several prints in one order travel in the same tube.
Prints are made to order, so we cannot accept a return or exchange on a print because you changed your mind, including the wrong size or orientation. That does not affect your legal rights and it is not a disclaimer on our own mistakes: if anything arrives damaged, defective, not what you ordered, or never arrives at all, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph and we will replace it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You will never pay return postage for our error or the carrier's. Lighting, textiles, rugs, objects and furniture each carry their own return terms, stated on the product page, and none of them is on sale yet.

An OVREL original at its native 4:5 proportion, so nothing is cropped. The image was created digitally under OVREL art direction using generative tools; the canvas is physical and the artwork was not photographed or scanned from a physical original.

Why this, and what arrives
This is the piece canvas was made for. The artwork was drawn with a rendered plaster surface, and putting it on woven cloth rather than smooth paper makes that texture read as real depth instead of as an effect. On a lime-washed or plaster wall it almost disappears into the surface, which is the point.
