Privacy policy

Effective 4 September 2026. We will change the date at the top of this page whenever we change what it says.

This explains what we collect when you visit or buy from this store, why, who else sees it, and what you can make us do about it. It is written to be read rather than to be survived.

The short version

We sell art prints. To do that we need your name, address, email and a payment. We do not sell your personal information, we do not build advertising profiles from it ourselves, and the only third parties who see it are the ones who have to in order to take your money and put a tube on your doorstep.

What we collect

When you buy something: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor and are never seen or stored by us.

When you just visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you looked at and where you arrived from. This is ordinary web-server and analytics data.

When you contact us: whatever you put in the message.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, your date of birth, government identifiers, precise location, or any special-category data such as health, biometrics, race, religion or sexual orientation.

Who processes it, and why

ShopifyRuns this store, the cart and the checkout, and hosts our order records. Our data processor.

Payment processorsTake the payment and run fraud checks. They receive your card details directly; we never do.

Print supplierPrints your order and ships it. Receives your name and delivery address, and nothing else.

CarrierDelivers the parcel and provides tracking.

EmailSends order confirmations and shipping notices.

Font providersThis site loads typefaces from Fontshare and Google Fonts. Loading a font sends your IP address to those services. No cookie is set and no account is involved.

Analytics and advertising

No advertising pixel or third-party analytics tag is currently loaded on this store. If we add one, it will be listed here before it goes live, and you will be able to opt out at Your Privacy Choices.

Cookies

Shopify sets cookies that are necessary for the store to work at all - keeping your bag between pages, keeping you signed in, and preventing fraud at checkout. Those cannot be switched off without breaking the shop. Any non-essential cookie is covered in the section above.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which in the United States is generally seven years. Analytics data is kept for as long as the provider's own retention setting allows. Messages you send us are kept until they are no longer useful and then deleted.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will not charge you and we will not treat you worse for asking.

If you are in California (or a state with a similar law - Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and others): you have the right to know what is collected and why, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of its sale or sharing and of targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of those. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. You can appeal a decision we make on a request by replying to it.

If you are in the UK or the EEA: this store ships within the United States only, so we do not target you, but you can still browse it. You have the rights you would expect under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your supervisory authority.

To exercise any of this, email us using the address below and say what you want. We may need to confirm you are who you say you are before we act, which usually means replying from the email address on the order.

Children

This store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

The store runs on Shopify's infrastructure over HTTPS, and payment card data never touches our systems. No system is perfectly secure and we will not pretend otherwise, but we do not hold card numbers, so the worst case here does not include your card.
