Shipping

OVREL currently ships within the United States. Standard shipping is $6.95 and free on orders over $55. Framed prints always ship free.

Prints are made to order. Production is typically 2–4 business days, followed by approximately 3–7 business days in transit. Tracking is sent when the order leaves production.

Unframed prints ship rolled in a rigid protective tube. Framed prints ship flat and boxed, glazed and fitted with hanging hardware.

Returns and problems

Because each print is made to order, change-of-mind returns are not offered. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing, or materially different from what was described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel it if production has not started.
