Terms of service
These are the terms you agree to when you buy from this store. Placing an order means you accept them.
Who we are
OVREL operates this store. "We" and "us" mean OVREL; "you" means you.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a confirmation that the order has been accepted, not when you click pay and not when an automated receipt lands.
Everything here is made to order. Nothing is held in stock, and printing starts shortly after you buy, which is the reason for the refund policy below.
We may refuse or cancel an order - including after payment - if the item was mispriced or misdescribed, if we cannot verify the payment or the delivery address, if we suspect fraud or resale, or if we simply cannot fulfil it. If we cancel, you get a full refund and that is the end of it. A refund is the whole of our liability in that situation.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any tax, both of which are shown at checkout before you pay. We can change prices at any time, but never on an order we have already accepted. Obvious pricing errors are covered by the paragraph above.
Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Production and transit estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we do not control the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; if a parcel does not arrive, see the refund policy, because that is our problem to fix and not yours to absorb.

The artwork
Archive Edition. These prints reproduce artworks in the public domain. The images are made available by The Metropolitan Museum of Art under its Open Access programme. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and we do not claim authorship of those artworks. We produce and sell the physical print; the artwork is not our work.
Studio Edition. These are OVREL's own original works. They are not public domain and copyright in them remains with OVREL. See the provenance page for how they are made.
What is ours is this website: its design, code, layout, photography of our own products, and the text we wrote. Do not copy it. You are buying a print for personal display - buying one does not transfer copyright or grant a licence to reproduce, resell as a reproduction, or use it commercially.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape at scale, probe, or interfere with this store or anyone else's use of it. Do not use it to do anything unlawful.
Disclaimers
The store and everything in it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Colour: screens differ, paper is not a screen, and every monitor is calibrated differently. A print will not match your display exactly. That is normal and is not a defect.
Nothing in these terms limits anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any right you have as a consumer under the law of your state that cannot be waived. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or of incidental damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, even if we were told they were possible.
Indemnity
If you break these terms or use the store unlawfully and that costs us money, you agree to cover the reasonable cost.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Utah have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer this does not remove any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
Before filing anything, email us. Almost everything that reaches a lawyer could have been fixed by a message, and we would rather fix it.
The rest
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. Not enforcing something once does not waive it. These terms, plus the refund and privacy policies, are the whole agreement between us. We may update them; the version in force is the one published when you ordered, and the effective date is at the top of this page.
